A couple of days ago attorney Sidney Powell was on Lou Dobbs where she stated that there was massive fraud in the 2020 US election. She then noted that she would soon ‘Release the Kraken’!
On Sunday morning Powell told Maria Bartiromo:
"We’re fixin’ to overturn the results of the election in multiple states, and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose… We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”
Then today Sidney Powell tweeted out —
"The #Kraken was released several days ago. You’re just beginning to see the signs.”

SCOTUS is not going to hear any election cases. The election challenges are all being dismissed on factual, not legal, grounds, so there is no legal issue for SCOTUS to consider. You heard it here first: if Trump petitions for cert., there will be zero votes in favor.
Well, surely Trump's legal team is not overflowing with bumbling idiots, so why are various Trump attorneys repeatedly insisting it will all end up in the SCOTUS?
We know Justice Alito wants to deal with it, at least. Who knows how many others?
According to a very reliable source (my son) the DIA is busy getting all the materials ready for just the right moment/court case.
BTW, I was unaware that the DIA can request and receive data from the NSA overlord.

I had tried to post, that if Trump REALLY REALLY REALLY wants to torque libtard jaws, he should pardon Obama, Biden, Harris, Pelosi, Schiff, to name a few. None of them would ever do a perp walk anyway, but it would show them, Trump thinks they are all a bunch of criminals.

Lin Wood said yesterday on Howie Carr that the Georgia election was going to be nullified because of actions taken by the Governor and SOS that were the sole responsibility of the state legislature.
He has a point and it won in PA. There is no authority with the Governor and/or the Secretary of State to change election law. I think this will be an important point even for the Senate Runoffs. But I doubt they can overturn the election with this.
What was disappointing to me was how fast Lin Wood and others stopped talking about Dominion in GA as a source of machine fraud after the state agreed to do a 100% hand recount. Now it looks like that chicken has flown the coup and now all the eggs are in the signature match "agreement" with Elias. Why accuse machine fraud if you don't think there is machine fraud that can be proved with a 100% hand recount? That is where the Trump team left me on the curb. It is almost as if the Secretary of State of GA's agreement to count 100% of the ballots popped that balloon totally. What I didn't like was to then tell GA that their recount was worthless. Huh? What about the Dominion machine fraud? Talk about goal post moving.

This came out a few days ago, I’ll try and dig up the link, but there are a bunch of CIA software and hardware tools. This list of tools was leaked out a while back. One of these tools is called Kraken.
Kraken is a CIA software INTERNET snooping and collecting tool. So this could be used to see who was accessing the Dominion software on the election night and afterward.

What led you to conclude that Atty Wood doesn't believe there was machine/server off shore fraud? The filed suit also has a restraining order request. He is smart not to mix apples and kumquats.
We’ve known this would happen for months. What did we do to prepare for this? It appears to me that Trump assembled his legal team after Election Day. WTF? It appears to me that we were caught flat-footed. Sydney Powell, whom I admired before all this, is just running around and blabbering about “firehoses” and “Krakens” and so forth. And her witness is some dude in Venezuela years ago? 3D Chess? Trust Sessions? It would be hilarious if this was happening to the Dems.
And just as an aside, where is Hunter laptop with all the illegal photos? We are so hosed.
If memory serves, there was also a picture on that thread, of the CIA Kraken. It worries me that Haspel controls such a powerful computer system.
