This “jives” with the Hammer/Scorecard system developed to switch votes via computer ....3% was the figure I heard before the elections. Supposedly the DemonRats have used it before ... Sidney Powell/General McInerny have talked about it.

If this was used as the chief form of fraud, wouldn’t a simple recount reveal it? That is, as long as the ballots (or at least most of them) are paper. A recount simply would not support the altered count generated by the Hammer/Scorecard system.
General McInerny stated that in 2016 the attempted software steal was prevented, but stated that he couldn’t discuss the matter further.
When I heard that and listened/watched the interview a half dozen times, I came away with the impressions...
...no deception in his tells
...the MIL was involved
...he was/is in a position of non-disclosure
...the OP was classified
...this OP and ND is relevant to the current election
My conclusion is that in order to create the optics of impartiality, the details are being slow rolled to the public in order for them to be able to digest what will be revealed- namely election fraud by certain actors across the entire CONUS. POTUS is Commander in Chief of the MIL and as such the optics cannot be that he used the MIL to “spy” on his enemies. This is what he accused his enemies of, and rightly so, but the propaganda media would run with that hard, aka Nixon’s enemies list. It must be disclosed carefully and appear independent of POTUS. Further, as I understand, the DOJ cannot get involved until ten days after the election...11/14, so this is the time to plants seeds in the minds of the public and water them in order to prepare their minds for what will be disclosed.
Again...POTUS went golfing as though he had not a care in the world. This is counterintuitive to what one would expect, considering he was in an election fight, unless he already knows something we don’t know...yet.
