Not necessarily. The machine reads paper ballots which are fed into it, and then scans and stores an image as back up.

Assuming the paper ballots fed into the machine were valid, and were retained and unaltered - then yes - a physical recount would determine the actual winner.

Unfortunately, we can’t assume any of that:

The paper ballots could be invalid to begin with - recounting them would not make them any more valid.

Valid paper ballots could be altered prior to being read into the machine - recounting would not fix them - it would just repeat the error.

The physical ballots could be destroyed, altered or created AFTER being processed by the machine - in which case an accurate recount would no longer be possible.

Re-checking the validity of a physical mailed-in ballot may be impossible if the outer postmarked envelope, or voter signature and ID, had been separated, descarded - or never been secured in the first place.

The problem with unsolicited mail-in ballots is that they are based on an unverified registration list.

The problem with allowing mail-in ballots to be entered days after Election Day, is that it is easy to obtain the list of registrees who did NOT respond - and make up fake ballots for them.

In my mind the question is not that there was massive vote fraud, but how that message can be presented and sold to the general American public that only gets its news through the filter of a heavily democratic party oriented media or through rabid union newsletters.

I know many latte liberals, who strongly believe in defunding the police, in social justice laws that create a separate justice system for protected classes and have little knowledge or desire to learn the truth that is not fed to them by their bubble of trusted sources.

The figure is a summary of the data analysis. The data analysis indicates that President Trump easily won Ga, Pa, Mich, Wisc, NC... To correct the data manipulations that robbed President Trump, a manual recount must be done. The errors in Georgia will be found in the upcoming manual recount and then, it will hit the fan.

Looking at Pennsylvania:

Switched votes: 220,883 which means the effect on margin of Trump/Biden votes= 441,766

Lost votes: 941,248

Biden Margin in Pa: 53,978 (https://www.politico.com/2020-election/results/pennsylvania/)

Like in the ONE county in Michigan, the only thing it took to correct the vote "glitch" was to do a manual recount!

SUMMARY FOR PENNSYLVANIA: Correcting either the vote SWITCHES and/or LOST VOTES by doing manual recounts will give President Trump a landslide win with a margin of nearly one million votes!

Looking at Georgia where manual recounts are already underway: Biden leads by 14,072. Switched votes=17,407 or 34,814 if corrected by adding to Trump, subtracting from Biden. Adding lost votes to Trump=33,574. Correcting switched and/or lost votes EASILY GIVES TRUMP A VICTORY IN GEORGIA.

If you look at Michigan and Wisconsin, President Trump also wins there too for an easy electoral college victory. The only thing it takes for an easy victory is for manual recounts IF THE DATA ANALYSIS IS CORRECT!

1. Trump total decreased and Biden total increased=SWITCHED VOTES

2. Trump total decreased but Biden did NOT increase=LOST VOTES

A switched vote from Trump to Biden: For example, Trump votes decrease by 1000 and Biden total increased by 1000. When it is corrected, Trump +1000, Biden-1000 or a +2000 in margin

The Michigan County which was VERY RED but Turned BLUE for Biden was corrected. IT was found in an investigation that did a manual recount.

The data analysis of vote changes looked for that county and it was found which means this data analysis is probably correct. When more machine vote manipultions are found that will PROVE criminal intent.

Yes, Republicans were only about 1/3 as likely as Democrats to use mail-in ballots. But in Penna, you only got a ballot if you requested one. But unlike most other such states, Republicans who requested a ballot were TWICE as likely as Democrats not to send it in. So, yes, just because many people were correct to fear using USPS doesn’t mean it’s a non-issue.
