What we need is a win, and the only way the USSC will change anything is through serious evidence demonstrating fraud at scale being brought to them.
Barring that, they will not just hand over an election to President Trump. No matter how much energy we have. Additionally, while energy over fake news is still energy (fake or real emotion still hits the same dopamine and other receptor channels in the brain), the problem is that it helps the other side attack REAL information we may have by presenting all these fake news we are getting excited over. Almost like a cheating spouse using evidence of all the 40 times his wife thought he was cheating when he was not to hide the one time he actually cheated and got triplets (and the clap). So, energy from fake news can actually be dangerous and will (and is) being used to discredit us.
If we continue this way we will get a nasty surprise when this goes to the USSC, and for me it is all about winning. Great energy is great, but it’s all about a win. Yesterday I have a very difficult investment committee where I had to literally fight for the deal. Got hammered from all sides. Dragged through broken glass. Exhausting experience that required me to take a 30 minute break when it was done. But guess what? I got the deal for $25m. And you know what? That was a win, although hard fought.
And more appreciated that having ‘great energy’ and losing!

I thought it would help put pressure on state legislatures, making people think there’s a chance and bother them more.
But you’re right. Election day is gone. As long as Trump, Rudy and the lawyers have energy, we’re good :)
