In the tense aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, there are massive amounts of information circling around. One of the hot topics that people are talking about is the ‘Hammer and Scorecard’ software. What is this software? Where did it come from and why is it important?

Dennis Montgomery a former CIA/DOD/DHS/NSA/FBI contractor turned whistleblower designed and built the software called “The Hammer.” According to an article by The American Report in 2019, this software was designed as a “foreign surveillance tool” with many safeguards in place in order to prevent it from being used as a domestic spy tool. However, the “whistleblower tapes” leaked in 2015 cover 47 leaked hard drives and testimony that reveal this software was in fact used to spy and surveille U.S. citizens, namely President Donald Trump a “zillion times.”

This software is a CIA spy program designed to use on protected networks (like voting machines) without detection. It is important to note that Montgomery claims that in 2009, under then-President Barak Obama, this software was “commandeered and repurposed” by John Brenan and James Clapper into a “private and parallel domestic surveillance system.”

The article below and attached is an excellent summation of what happened. In a nutshell, they implemented two software programs called Hammer & Scorecard. Hammer gives access to the system, Scorecard changes the votes on the fly AFTER the ballots have been uploaded. It was a preset amount of vote changes from Trump to Biden of 3%. What many are beginning to believe, me included, is that the 3% was not enough as Trump was getting huge percentages of the votes nationwide. So, simultaneously, the 5-6 swing states that Trump needs to win, stopped counting and said they'd resume in the morning, sending observers home. They didn't stop counting, they started filling out ballots, furiously, leading to a minimum of 450,000 ballots with ONLY Joe Biden selected; not Trump and not any down ballot candidates. Statistically impossible. During the middle of the night every single state's % grew exponentially for Biden. Hence, when we got up Wednesday AM, Trump no longer had his huge advantage, Biden was winning.

Biden CANNOT win this election for reasons innumerable to count, the main one being, it would be a completely illegitimate presidency.

Do we have the exact numbers of Biden-only ballots and Trump-only ballots in the same states? How about the ratio of Biden-only and Trump-only ballots in suspect states vs. the ratio of Biden-only and Trump-only ballots in states where the process seems honest?

It is clear now why Biden stayed out of sight during the campaign. He must have been told to stay out in the basement to reduce his vulnerability but he need not worry for the election will be won with compromised ballot boxes. That had to be their strategy.

It's occurred to me that Trump's final push of about 2000 rallies in the final 5 days was an attempt to give himself not only an extra buffer but also to pressure them into coming up with more fraud than they had originally planned ... forcing desperation and sloppiness.

I don't know whether Hammer and Sickle I mean Hammer and Scorecard was used or not ... there seems to be enough evidence outside that force the machine (recounts, investigations, SCOTUS, state legislatures) to take action and give the election to its rightful winner.

I still say the best way to uncover the fraud is to off like 10 million dollars for those involved and can provide evidence proving it with guaranteed anonymity, relocation, protection, and pardon for their involvement. All we need is for some of our wealthy patriots to put up the money. The quickest way to a crooks heart is money.

I saw that, fascinating. Just got done listening to a guy’s YT that the fraud happened in the RED districts. That too was fascinating. He said in FLA, in the 3 southern blue counties, Biden matched or fell below Hillary in votes. But in many of FLA’s red counties Biden blew Hillary out of the water. Therefore, the vote switching software was switching Trumps votes to Biden in red districts and would essentially be ‘under the radar’.
