Correct answer would be EVERY precinct in EVERY state.
There could be Senators, or US HOUSE reps, or even STATE officers, that were railroaded into losing by these same “glitches” (cheating).

There could be EXISTING US House reps, Senator, or state officers that got sworn in due to this cheating.
