These ballots and (d) any ballots submitted with the same handwriting of these ballots should be challenged.
This is potentially tens of thousands or even a hundred thousand votes.

samples from each category (a), (b), (c) and (d) should be research to see if they are alive, still living at the listed address, and can state the time and circumstance of their vote.

Virginia has gone blue so they say and yes if by numbers shown. But I postulate that the cook book to cook the books for what just happened to our Great election of 2020 has been honed from such practice. Stealing elections by the Democrats is not a Virginia novel idea. Virginia Democrats have in all past elections have always held returns till all others were in and then released their return which tipped the numbers for the democrat candidate.
This year they have employed the scamdemic to further their delay ploys and to insulate scrutiny from themselves with all the feigned indignities and righteous sanctimonies.
