No doubt the white car was over the line and in the truck’s lane and the truck nudged him back into his own lane. Not sure if they made contact.

White car tried to shove the truck off the road.

There's a picture at the article site showing damage to the white vehicle, but that's what you get when you deliberately drive over the lane divider, and into the side of a truck. Once the white car made contact with the truck, the truck driver tried to get, and keep control of his vehicle. Having someone sideswipe you that way throws your vehicle out of control, and the white car's actions could have cost people their lives.
