Honestly, I don’t think it says that much.
Biden is basically warning Ukraine to get its IMF loan money before Trump takes office because the loan might be harder to get with Trump if Trump thinks it is a new request.

The easiest way to prevent an investigation of Biden's crimes would have been to run a clean candidate -- so investigating Biden would have not had any bearing on the election.
Clean candidates were available.---like that mayor, buttplug? (forgot spelling.).
Al ‘commie’ Franken laid out their operation in his questioning of Jeff Sessions... only banana republics, investigate their campaign opponents... then the hounds from hell were unleashed upon now President Trump accusing him of what they had done, and still continue to do.
1. By running Biden as a candidate they insulate him from investigation by playing the card that "the investigation is political!" Mitt Romney has already bought into that line.
2. Running him as a candidate gives Biden two ways out of the mess, especially in this year of chaos and disorder: (A) he wins and it all gets swept under the rug, or (B) the election is contested and he offers to concede in exchange for having the Trump administration sweep it under the rug.
Something else to consider is that they don't have any clean candidates.

I'm not reading it as pushing for a coverup as much as trying to scare Ukraine into more bribes to offset Trump's alleged isolationism.
I agree as all knew before hand that paying Hunter Biden WAS paying Joe. Joe was never anything but a cokehead bag man to them. H is Hillery and Obama is the big man.
Remember Joe told the Ukrainians call Obama to confirm the threat to withhold Aid if the prosecution was not derailed. They could not have pulled this off without it going to the top AND without the cooperation of Hillery, the Secretary of State.

First, the Democrats do not have a clean candidate.
IF they did perchance find a Virgin working in the whorehouse somehow, they could not chance an honest man gaining influence. To great of a chance that someone honest would spill their beans.

Poroshenko may have asked for advice, and Biden's giving it, simple as that. I think we are interpreting it the way we want to.
I am hoping that the Bobulinski fellow will be more helpful. The info about Joe and Hunter setting up shell companies so foreign agents can get US contracts is going to be far more useful, I think. But as for this, as long as they can provide a spin ("Prosecutor Shokin was corrupt") to keep up the narrative that the whole Ukraine thing was on the up-and-up, I have a feeling we aren't going to get anywhere with this.
