Texas – Republicans shatter early voting expectations and it appears a blue Texas is gone: Democratic Operative on Twitter: “I don’t understand how Dems are doing worse than 2016 in Texas in terms of early voting. Something is up.” Twitter Response: “The polls are way off.”

I truly do not understand. Texas voters do not register by party. How does anyone know the party affiliation of a Texas voter? Local sources in my small rural town say that the “haul them in” campaign operatives are going full force in early voting. These are not Republican voters. Republicans drive themselves to the polls.
