Joe Biden opened the door to court-packing based on what happens with the confirmation of Judge Amy Coney Barrett.
Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, alluded that the process behind Barrett’s own nomination would be a deciding factor in his stance.
“I have not been a fan of court-packing because it generates, whoever wins it just keeps moving in a way that is inconsistent with what is going to be manageable,” he said at Thursday night’s ABC News town hall with moderator George Stephanopoulus.
Biden said voters would know his stance prior to the election, but he was waiting to see what happens with Barrett.
“They do have a right to know where I stand and they’ll have a right to know where I stand before they vote,” he said.
The Democrat nominee went on to explain that his stance “depends on how this [confirmation process of Amy Coney Barrett] turns out.”
When asked by Stephanopoulus what that means, Biden gave an arbitrary guideline of whether or not the process is rushed.

Biden will need to come clean with his intention to pack the court.
Biden’s voters don’t care. They are invisible cheaters. They have their ways to screw up the real vote.

Dennis Prager called Joe Biden the most unprincipled of all the candidates during the Primary. He was correct. The others were all just fools who stand for foolish left wing policies and Godless values.
Biden is a snake who stands for nothing other than whatever will get him elected and gets him rich. A very nasty man too. Trump is right about Biden in that respect. He’s a very nasty man if you disagree with him. Much like McCain was.

The Dems will not pack the court so longs as they can count on wii Ning elections. If they believe they will have lock of Pres/Senate they will ride it out. They have no interest in destroying the legitimacy of the SC. They need the SC to make law for them.

If they get in they will pack it anyway. If ACB is confirmed, it will force them to add more seats than they would otherwise and therefore appear even more extreme.
Either he is for packing the court or not! ACB has nothing to do with it, except if her seat is still open than the demonicRats will have another seat.

Biden turned out to be not the man I thought he was. I originally thought he might be okay as president. but everything I have seen goes counter. He sounds like he would be the worst candidate the democrats could have come up with. He’s done!
