I’m guessing he means to build us back better than Trump presumably can. But to do that, you will need abundant energy resources. Biden’s green plan (a sort of Green New Deal Lite) would probably shut that down.

C’mon, man! Whatever evil the RATs are up to in the way of cheating is something we must worry about. You’re right; he can’t truly “win” if everything is on the up-and-up, but he CAN move into the White House via fraud.
And we don’t know what their next level of coup d’etat is waiting in the wings, which could involve disloyal military. It’s happened in other countries throughout the world and there’s no reason it can’t happen here.
