I dont know about now, but a lot of friends I know who immigrated has shown me that as part of the routine questions they face when immigrating to the USA, are the questions if they were ever part or affiliated with any communist or socialist organizations.
So why is this a BIG deal all of a sudden?

Okay? How are they goina prove that. My Filipino wife just got her green card, and during the interview they asked if she was a communist. Of course the answer was a resounding...NO!
Oh yea, and after she got her card in the mail, she told me she was leaving me. Moving to cali with her sister. But begged me not to divorce her cause of the benefits. Maybe some smarter individual can tell me what to do.
