Life is often a gamble and the SC is no exception. The price of doing nothing is handing the decision over to Biden.
If you’re going by the the assumption that everything will go as it’s hoped for, then you haven’t met 2020. We’ve got a POTUS, his wife and GOP congress members getting Mr.C, if more GOP senators are taken out of action that way things are going to get mighty hairy.
McConnell isn’t exactly a spring chicken in that regard, also.
Besides, having to go through a long, tortuous process with multiple new faces (who might end up lousy, too) would be begging 2020 to make things even more fun.

Nick should get a REAL position of some kind within a new Trump Administration,not some lame-ass thing working for McConnell. I think he’d still be a target in the “civilian world” now more than ever if he tried to quietly continue his education like a normal person. Now that he got a judgment for a probably HUGE amount he’s resented more than ever.Ironically, his only option is probably to “take shelter” within the most public of all venues, Politics.
The decades long abuse by democrats upon Americans is near it’s end as two young men fight back with the efforts of their gallant attorney. The democrats will become increasingly uncomfortable and learn to fear their own evil.
