It’s a damn chest cold with a 99.7% survival rate. Approximately a 96.4% survival rate for the elderly. Deadly to those with UNDERLYING CONDITIONS and CO-MORBIDITIES. A large number of supposedly “healthy” people who die of it (or with it) were not AWARE of their underlying conditions or co-morbidities. Those conditions often aren’t even diagnosed until the autopsy.
“Getting its spread under control” means forcing us to wear masks forever. Forbidding gatherings of any kind forever. Forcing mandatory vaccinations on every American citizen — no more ability to choose.

If Trump dies, then they will give us 6 months to a year of extra restrictions, just to make sure that we hate Trump and love the opposition.
He’ll be quaranteened 10 days. The infectious period is the first couple days. By Day 6 you’re pretty much not infectious.

Everyone is acting like this is the Black Plague. Its not! Even with being tested positive for Covid you chance of dying is much greater from many other causes, like being hit in the head with a brick from behind by a coward who does not like your MAGA hat. Two weeks from now the President and First Lady will be out there doing campaigning while Joe Biden huddles in the darkest corner of his basement.
I agree with you. We are all going to get it sometime. but it does affect us all differently even with survival. Can lay some healthy people low with a long recovery period.
