On the other hand if the Dems are in full Kavanaugh attack and disruption mode having it fresh in the minds of people as they vote is not such a bad thing.
Yeah I that's probably the thinking. If righties have their judge too early they may just get lazy. If they schedule a vote on Oct 29 it probably gets delayed due to dem chicanery which will be emphasized by Trump, spans the election, and angry but sometimes lazy righties won't be lazy, but they'll be angry.
If they don't know already, they will NEVER know. Why would Senate Republicans take such a risk with the Supreme Court?
