Watch Joe Biden avoid answering a question while wearing a mask despite the fact his questioner is in another location. Does he think that the COVID-19 virus can travel through the fiber optic lines? Also of interest is that he hasn't yet been programmed by his handlers as to how to answer the question about whether or not he would pack the Supreme Court. Therefore, as of now, on any issues dealing with the Supreme Court he remains in Potted Plant mode.
