If the story is as written, this is indeed very disturbing
I skimmed the video taken by the thugs. The guy in the house holds his gun in the window with the light on in the background - so you see the outline of the gun. He poses with it pointing it parallel to the wall so you can see the outline of the gun. (Not pointed at the thugs).
The cops come after the “party” in the street has been going on for a couple of hours with the street impassable. They lead someone from the house.
The thugs stay and continue the party which then progresses to the guy’s yard.
Agreed.
Was the arrested homeowner (”Probation Pete”) a convicted felon who could not have a firearm?
That’s the only reason I can think of.
