I always thought Vascular Dementia was the worst way to go. Its not as physically painful but the WORST mentally. Lots of anger. He and his wife are not going to be strong enough for what is about to happen.

I've read he has Wernicke's Aphasia. No reason that's correct, but does Vascular Dementia seem a better fit?
