And the answer is, "no".
There is no reason to believe this story, nice though it sounds. I don't do Facebook much, but when I do, I'm really disappointed in so much of the nonsense my friends just soak up because it's "Christian".

Generally speaking, people are pretty gullible if they trust the source and don't put a lot of thought into a thing. This one was easy for me because I knew who it was immediately, and when people to post "pictures" of Jesus, I always say, "That looks more like Jerry Garcia to me."
Regarding this story, it looks like a whole page was "frozen" and a lot of Jesus sermon was preserved. No need to single out a single one unless you have an agenda.
