At one point he appeared to give his staffers teleprompter instructions, “Move it up here” he said before reading his scripted notes.

I’ve said that this all might be a feint by Biden’s handlers to keep the Trump campaign handlers off guard. They need to think back to the Ryan debate as a reference.

I seriously doubt it. But the Rats won't cancel until the last minute so the story spends minimal time in the news cycle. If the Republicans are smart, they'll have commercials ready to go the instant the Rats cancel. Let the country know the real reason why the debates are cancelled...Joe Biden simply doesn't have the mental faculties to order breakfast, let alone debate on a national stage.

If the MSM starts doing puff-pieces on her, then that's a pretty likely plan. But I haven't seen any puff-pieces yet - and it's getting kind of late to start down that road.
