Biden was breathing very heavily and struggled to speak.

At one point he appeared to give his staffers teleprompter instructions, “Move it up here” he said before reading his scripted notes.

Biden did not dismember Ryan in the debate. All he did was laugh like a clown the whole time and kept saying “Come On man”.

That’s been my guess for a long time now-he will get COVID. I’ve said it privately to some in my family-and now I’ll say it here. That’s the game plan-I think.

That is what I thought as well. His diction is much clearer - too perfect - on this video than it normally is, even before his decline. Perhaps a speech pathologist or similar professional can chime in. I would guess that computer folks can now cobble together an excellent monologue using bits and pieces of prior audio.
