Theres a lot of attention to the shooting of multiple people last night in Kenosha.
Police have arrested 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse and charged him with murder.
Liberals are already off to the races, calling him a white supremacist murderer and of course, always blaming President Donald Trump. Of course there is nothing to support this, his background simply suggests he was supportive of the police.
But if you look at the video, there are likely going to be big problems with legally trying to make that stick.
While all the facts are not yet clear, enough facts have come out to suggest that he may have been protecting himself, the question may be was his response a legally proportionate response to the attacks on him.
If you look at the video progression of what happened that we have available, the first video shows Rittenhouse allegedly running into a service station, being chased and attacked, with something being thrown something at him. That first shooting happens, he calls someone, possibly 911 while the Daily Callers Richie McGinness tries to give medical aid to the guy who was shot, taking off his shirt to use to staunch the bleeding in his head.

“Forget about him..I WANT TO KNOW, about the sons a Bs he took care of.
Who the hell were they working for and all that. Every single one. Look at the age of these SOBs.”
There was an earlier thread that profiled them. Both had long rap sheets. Convicted felons.
The mainstream media and now social media are fanning the flames of fires the ostensible start.
The initial reports seem to be always wrong and cast authorities in the worst possible light. There must be consequences for this irresponsibility. Many are essentially yelling fire in a crowded theater and then filming the mayhem for profit in the case of the MSM.
And here comes the moral relativism. He was ATTACKED. The appropriate response is entirely up to him and should not be subject to legal word-play and hind-sight armchair quarter -backing.
Th kid can be heard on one video saying “I just killed someone” on his phone just before fleeing the mob. The guy with the headshot appears to be someone from an earlier video who is both verbally and physically antagonistic, literally challenging someone else to shoot him.
Protect your community...but sending a 17 year old kid out there with zero effective leadership or supervision is just plain stupid. That’s why the military has NCO’s rather than just hordes of buck privates.
Under the circumstances I couldn’t care less. If it was,in fact, self defense I don’t care if he used a tactile nuclear missile!
The Head shot bothered me. When they first got to the guy who was shot they were looking for the wound. A .223 to the head would take off a good chunk of skull and would be obvious.
Truth. If I somehow found myself in that situation with 30 rounds in the magazine... There would have been a lot more bodies in the pile.
Between 3-gun shooting and my time in the Marines... My tactics would be a bit more... robust.
I thought I saw on the video that the creep shot in the head was initially chasing him...
Saw the video almost immediately after the event, Kyle was on hus cellphone reportedly saying, I didn’t shoot him!.
Guy on ground had a small wouldlooked like just above his right ear. Light pistol round I think. Was alive...at the moment but going fast.
You could hear a girl screaming to use a tourniquet on the guy...on a head wound....
This Kyle kud is going viral, lots of positive support for him.
Why did the police arrest him?
They’re a bunch of cucks.
It actually makes the riots more, not less, dangerous.
People with their back to the wall have to worry not only about the direct threat of the rioters attacking them, but also if they defend themselves they’ll face the power of the state.
Many will just shoot at first sight and blend back into the darkness.
Good citizens won’t call the police or turn themselves in. “I didn see nuffin” will be the response of all fellow defenders, business and home owners.
Can someone tell me if this kid/shooter was legal walking around with a rifle??
A solid hit with a .223 at close range will turn your average hominid skull into a canoe.
BTW, did we not hear that the one was yelling shoot N, shoot?
Does that make sense? Then, on that vid, was there not several rounds shot? ***********************************************************************************
The first guy killed by based Kyle Rittenhouse was a registered sex offender.
Yes, he was yelling--I saw it on a video-something like you wanna shoot me Ni**er? And Got right up in their faces - all acting gangster tough.
He was among those chasing the kid and Molotov cocktail was thrown during chase. Kid got on phone - maybe called 911 after the shoot.
No-bicep guy was a felon in possession.
****************************************
The first guy - shot in head:
Somewhere I saw a pic of the guy shot in the arm, but I didn't book mark it.
Other than that, "The law is oft but the tyrants will and always so when it violates the rights of the individual."...
He did show remarkable threat identification and restraint.
After he fled the first shooting and then fell while being chased by a mob, one guy jump kicked him in the head and knocked him back on the ground, the second guy, who hit him with the skateboard, appeares to have tried to take control of the rifle and was shot. The third guy running towards him with what appears to be a small glock (what looks like glock sites can be seen in another picture) in his right hand stopped and put his hands up in surrender, still holding the pistol in his right hand. The kid did not fire at the man holding the pistol until that man appears to have decided to “go for it” and gets shot in the arm holding the pistol.
A fourth man who stopped charging him and froze a few feet away from him was allowed to retreat unharmed.
The kid then gets up and continues towards the police vehicles with his hands up.
So this 17 yo was legal walking around open carry with that specific weapon?
Fodor will receive credit for time served, but faces a probation violation in connection with a 2019 conviction for third-degree robbery, according to the news outlet. He will be required to complete 160 hours of community service and pay restitution for damage resulting from the fire.
