Maybe not. But if they were trying to make an example out of her, based on nothing legit, they probably have pretty well succeeded.
So they arrest her, her husband and her brother over a complaint from their mother who lives out of state? Then the sheriff had the warrant for over a month and just decided to serve it on a Friday afternoon. This whole thing smells.
Who is the presiding Judge?
Notice the date on this. Almost a month ago. Did they send it by USPS to the sheriff?
