Well, my niece lives in Portland and she says she is OK with everything. She said the press has blown it way out of proportion and it isn’t nearly as bad in Portland as the media says it is. I kid you not. She knows my politics and I know hers, so we keep it polite - we don’t press each other, so I just told her to stay safe. I mean, it leaves one speechless.
Yup, and people like Soros are still walking around. If Trump eliminated the funding of these domestic terrorist groups, this crap would stop.

The disintegration of Portland has taken more than a half-century. It began with thousands of Californians who were unable to attend major universities in=state and found that universities in Oregon were cheap and would take just about any moron. Schools of Education produced hundreds of mediocre teachers influenced by their Marxist professors. In the sixties it was pot and anti-war sentiment that attracted a disaffected youth. The “Californication” of Oregon continued unabated over the decades. Oregon changed from a hard-working middle class state to a place where left wing elitists championing any cause could summon a following. Where the old-timers would eschew politics, it was meat for the out-of-staters who knew how to play the economic and political illiterates who moved into Portland and Eugene. Now Portland is well past its second generation of f’ed=up residents. In sum, don’t expect anything better from them.
