You can count my parents in that group of Dobe owners and Trump voters. Can’t remember a time growing up where we didn’t have at least one Dobe. Mom is from NYC and we frequently giggle like mad when Trump says something and the libs clutch their pearls and hit the fainting couch.

Any time a group has to label themselves by creating a label for someone else, then they have no identity. You have to be what you are. Not the opposite of what you think others are. The only consistency is human. Everything after that is mostly opinion, not fact. Sexual choice in this instance is not for it’s intent...procreation. In any other case, to include heterosexual bonding, is recreation if not for the effort to procreate.
So don’t use me as an excuse to prove your inequality. You created it.

Shatner IS the man-I had a crush on him when I was in my teens-he’s still my idea of a macho man-my mom and I always liked that he loved dogs and horses. I never thought he was a liberal-more of a libertarian-in his thinking-not the L party-and he is obviously conservative about some things, too...
Out here, it isn’t just Dobies that they don’t own-the few liberals out here are easy to spot-and avoid-they all live in a couple of gated enclaves in McMansions, they drive expensive sedans or Escalades-no pickup trucks or other 4x4s-and they all have one of those little purse dogs in their cars with them-not a Dobie, German Shepherd, Rottie, Dane, Bullmastiff, Great Pyrenees-not even a Husky or Malemute in sight-there are a couple of those women who wear cutesy printed cloth masks who put dresses on their Yorkies and carry them around in the ranch and feed stores like human babies-completamente loca...

I’m really kind of shocked that no one seems to mention this is the generation raised amidst the craze for Ritalin and Adderall and other “mood-altering” and “impulse control” drugs. I remember seeing tons of articles in the ‘90s and the ‘00s speculating about what these kids would be like when they grew up.
