Oh! “empty shelves”... in gun stores.
If anyone can find “Caffeine Free Diet Dr. Pepper” anywhere,
Mrs. Repeal would like to know.
It has become her Holy Grail.
[[[Gun sales are booming (pun intended)... the real poll of the mood of the country. Proof of the abject failure of (misnamed) progressive government. A political ideology that cant (or wont) guarantee its citizens safety, freedom, prosperity or peace. The more the (misnamed) progressive model fails the more tyrannical it becomes. #Trump2020]]]
I know at least half a dozen FFL’s. They say they have never witnessed anything like this as far as demand for firearms and ammo. 4 of them have been dealers since the 70’s.
Oh, and HD shotguns are the hot item currently.
I believe he he’s talking about gun stores, not groceries and sundry products, but it’s not very clearly written:
“, this does not apply to clothe or food stores the shelves there are packed to capacity as if nothing were happening.”
I’ve noticed a shortage of canned tomatoes. Everywhere.
I see. Yes its not written well then. People are rushing as fast as possible to get firearms and other protective gear ever since the DNC ( Democrat Nazi Communist) party bosses set off all these riots in the streets - BLM ( burgle loot and murder) and all the rest of the Dangerous soroznazi Rabble
I’ve noticed our local gro has HUGE bags of rice now.
Trying to gin up some panic. Did not read beyond the headline.
I found some at Dollar General but it was the last bottle. I’ve been looking for Peroxide for months. Online price? 12.00+ per bottle.
Tru dat, bro. You can chew through a lot of ammo on a bad day. The other aspect of this that you need many, many loaded magazines. You don’t want to be stuffing mags in the middle of a firefight.
Mostly here too, in a small town of 7,000, some weird brands, gallon cans of veggies. Beer, wine, milk, bread, eggs, MEAT is the shortage, chicken, high priced hamburger, steaks.
My late husband was always “stocking” canned and boxed food. After he passed away I began reading expiration dates. Canned food is not good over 10 years and I would not have used all the canned food he had. I just threw it out after a large can of Pineapple juice exploded and made the biggest mess. I keep just enough Flour & meal to make breads and butter & milk from a local dairy. I shop for the things I eat every two weeks. I went on shares with a garden and find that I go and gather from it and give it to my son’s family. I just don’t like veggies. The local Piggy Wiggly stays fairly well stocked.
HD?
Its been tough finding fishing tackle in my parts. At least the stuff I use.
Plenty here in Tenn! Maybe not a full on paper products as before the covid, but still plenty for everyone.
Guns and ammo should be considered investments. Buy more than you need when they're available. At the next shortage you will find yourself with friends and relatives who were not so wise .
Concur. TP is well supplied.
