Rep. Jerrold Nadler declared Sunday it’s a “myth” that Antifa provocateurs are behind the ongoing violent protests in Portland, Oregon.
His statement is in line with the statement of all other fellow Democrats as they don’t believe Antifa is real.
But in reality, Antifa is presented by the media as being simply against police brutality and discrimination against black people.
You will struggle to find anyone who disagrees with this basic stance. You will not find any serious commentator or politician who supports or justifies the death of George Floyd or who believes black people should be discriminated against.
But Antifa believes in much more than reasonable and disciplined policing and non-discrimination. And you don’t have to scratch this surface offer very hard to discover their real agenda.
Communism is on their agenda and they are using all forms of domestic terrorism to knock down our system!
The last few days are really dangerous, especially in Portland.
Police in Portland, OR, discovered a number of rifle magazines as well as “Molotov Cocktail” improvised incendiary devices as protests continued over the weekend.
According to Fox News, the weapons were found in Lownsdale Square Park, which has been one of the most active areas for anti-police demonstrations for more than two months.
Police had responded to shots fired call when the discovery was made. An individual was transported to a nearby hospital by private vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound, which was reportedly not life-threatening according to a statement issued by the Portland Police Bureau.
It seems that the Antifa cell in Portland has more weapons stashed as yesterday they throw what appears to be a real bomb at the federal courthouse.

If people came here from another country and did this, it would be considered terrorism. Why not now? It’s called domestic terrorism!

I agree, how long are we going to allow this continue. President Trump needs to stop worrying about being politically correct and crack down on these terrorists. The longer it goes on the more emboldened they will become.

Up to this point, Antifa and BLM have been smart by using basic homemade weapons, fireworks and laser pointers...
Moving up to real explosives is perhaps the first step, I’ve been wondering when they would move up to real firearms, fire off a few shots, then run away in the chaos and see if they would get away with it...
Just think, two or three people working together, one armed with a handgun, the other two with firecrackers...or other loud fireworks...
a bunch of exploding fireworks is thrown at the same time as the fireworks go off the one guy starts shooting, the chaos and confusion might allow them to get away...

The longer it goes on the harder it will be to stop. Its like that for pretty much everything. Letting things go on always makes it tougher to deal with down the road.
Trump has said “we’re not going to let it happen” and declared two months ago that Antifa was being designated a terrorist organization. Yet all we’re doing is posting guards around federal buildings and waiting to be attacked every night.
The problem for Trump is that even people who don’t care about liberal cities don’t like to see widespread violence and mayhem. It frightens them and they expect political leadership to control it in some fashion.
I want Trump to succeed and I donate to his campaign. But this constant violence is becoming problematic for him.
I think it was Portland that they discovered fireworks wrapped together with duct tape and a layer of BB’s in the duct tape.
Some Seattle cop (muslim, female) works the Pedophile Crimes but was on riot control. An IED tore her leg open and she will require surgery. The only reason being muslim and female is noteworthy is that seems to be the demographics that the protestors and mayors seem to want to protect.
What the planners are pushing for is a disproportionate response from the police.
What is desired is a Kent State, where "unarmed protestors" are killed en mass, by the police.
So far, the police are showing remarkable constraint and discipline.
The Feds are doing the proper countermove: arrest, identify, and charge. It weakens the structure and allows you to track and map out the system.
The organizers are out there, but they are cagey. They are likely using encrypted apps to communicate, probably over the Chinese networks.

Ever thrown an M67 grenade or equivalent? The ANTIFA ‘grenade’ doesn’t have the energy of the m67... but close enough.
Your scary scenario is likely to happen given the increasing level of violence we are seeing. The organizers want their Kent State moment and will do whatever it takes to make an event like that happen. And they are more than willing to sacrifice a couple of their own people to do it.
They are hell bent to manufacture that game changing moment.
It turns out that is a meaningless declaration.

If the fireworks lobbed at police don’t achieve the desired results (i.e., a Kent State like event) they will resort to weapons to provoke the disciplined police officers. Its coming.

However, we have a long history of killing assholes in black pajamas... The Vietcong, Mahdi Army in Iraq, certain Talibs in Afghanistan, etc. We are good at killing black pajama clad bastards!
I appreciate the complexities and internal resistance. And I appreciate that Trump is trying to deal with a very nasty situation. But a lot of people interpreted his declaration as policy. It gave rise to expectations. Now it seems unwise to have said it. JMHO.
I’ve had a few run-ins with liberals who don’t believe Antifa is real, but they swear up and down that Russian Collusion is real.
