I’m 3rd generation 100% Italian. Most of my family are Republican’s.
As Reagan said “I didn’t leave the Democrat party, they left me”. That applies to most Italian’s that I know.
The Democrats have gone bat-shit crazy. They have an outright hatred of the country and of Western Civilization. I suspect they have always had it but Trump has driven them crazy to the point where they can’t hide it anymore.

Jane Wyman divorced Reagan due to politics. Maybe she put him on the right track.
