No...they are just doing it to damage the eyes of the police or feds. That right there should have been just cause to put all those protesters down on the ground.
OK. Concentrating on the guards, rather than the protesters shows that. Time for smoke grenades and a volley of rubber bullets. Followed by two more volleys of rubber bullets to get the ones behind the folks that fall to the previous volley.
