Fortunately I am not employed these days but if I were, I have a hell of a time trying to keep from giving anyone trying to push this down my throat the one finger salute. Beyond that, I guess there needs to be a new term for going postal, how about, going white.

I am now now pretty much retired after being self employed for 40 years.
Sometimes I think about getting a job, maybe part time or something with no pressure.
Then I hear what kind of crapola you have to put up with and I get over it.
After being in the wild for 40 years there is no way I could adapt to this oppressive faggish stuff they make you follow.
This crap started right before I retired. I walked out of my one and only diversity meeting by stating that I had not heard anything addressing the needs of Celtic-Americans. That kept them at bay for awhile. Every time I was talked to about being a white person, I just told them I was a Celt and walked out. Luckily, we got bought out and closed. It was fun while it lasted though.
