No he was not. He had one good season and when I watched him play during his following seasons, IMO, he would miss throw the passes so the receivers could not catch them.

He had a pair of legs and could scramble though.

He was as good as a first year phenom pitcher is until the rest of the league figures him out.

My son, who is a sports fanatic of great intensity, said that Kaepernick was a decent quarterback who rab plays completely by the book. Zero imagination, no flexibility.

In his last season (four years ago), he ranked 29th among NFL quarterbacks for passing yardage, 23rd for overall productivity.

I had never heard of him, until the kneeling during the national anthem controversy.

Were it not for the kneeling stuff, he would still be an unknown.

If he was a hall of fame player he would have a job as leading QB on a pro NFL team regardless if whether or not he professed allegiance to Elohiem Himself.

Very inconvenient that everyone else on the field would have to play at half speed to make him look good.
