My friend is convinced that she is "Ms. Right," that is, ALWAYS right. Nothing in this galaxy will convince her that she doesn't know MUCH more than I do or that ANYONE does.
I think it shows a LARGE lacuna in her ego.
She's not Catholic and had altered her views about the TEN COMMANDMENTS...NOT " 10 suggestions." She dismissed the "Keep Holy the Sabbath" COMMANDMENT, for example.
She is CONVINCED, without a shadow of a doubt, that all she MUST do is "BE NICE." That is a quote from her.
She IS nice and after knowing her since 1969 she has NEVER, EVER said a mean or nasty word to me. I think that's pretty special.
She hasn't been to a church since she was a little girl.
Her "medication" has always been food. 'Nuff said.
