...I have lived in Fargo, and my son did PhD for 5 years up in Grand Forks, so I am familiar with North Dakota...I miss trips up there—in the summer ;)
haven’t lived there.. been thru there...I heard there is a really nice Italian restaurant downtown....it has a big gas refinery there....it may not seem scenic at first....but the outlying areas should be awesome....Missouri River is near....no sales tax in Montana...wyoming only about 80 miles away, if that....
