One of my Brothers lives in Billings.
H still likes it there although it has grown largely because of the oil boom.
Yes, I have read about oil boom there...Just like Williston ND...Wonder if it is still booming with oil prices down—tho they are coming back.
Many of my friends who worked in the woods went to Williston to work. They said that by the time you figured out all your expenses, you made less than minimum wage.
Took three hours to get to town from just outside of town.
