Clearly there was excessive force here. The LEO in question isn't fit to wear the badge - this is all regardless of the race of the LEO and "bad guy."

Similarly, defunding the police is a dumb idea and CHOP is heading towards Jonestown. Rioting isn't ever permissible and destruction of others' property is a crime.

Many people defended Dubya and his stupider actions when he was President because they didn't want to give the left ammo. That's a political decision and choosing cognitive dissonance MAY have been ok in the minds of the right insofar as President Lurch would have been worse. The left is now cognitively dissonant with Biden - the guy clearly has a declining mental faculty but they swear he's fine because THEY don't want to give us ammo.

Have you watched the 30 minute bodycam video? The perp kept reaching into his pocket, meaning the cop had to restrain him in case it was drugs or a hidden weapon he was reaching for. IMO, this was purely an attempt to enter the lawsuit lottery.
