In Dallas, there was a restaurant named Bich Nguyen. It was there in huge letters from the street and we got a kick out of it. Didn’t last long though.

The headline is lying. He didn’t ask the student to CHANGE her name. Anglicize doesn’t mean change. It means to pronounce it as English. This is a reasonable request. Nothing wrong with it.
