“Peaceful assembly”. Nothing in those riots are peaceful. When people are being threatened and beaten or killed for their political views, as perceived by attackers or true, that is not peaceful, not to mention destruction of property and theft of property. I don’t mean just sneakers and goods. Lots of those people in CHOP don’t want to be there, but it’s not like they can up and leave. Their property is now worthless and can’t be sold.
