I thought it was a federal felony to transfer a firearm without a federal firearms license. Oh wait, that only applies to the law abiding citizens among us.

I have known for years that the left plans to take guns from the normal, non-violent people and leave them in the hands of violent criminals.
Who cares about the “emergency order”, it is probably illegal.
What we ALL should care about is if they are handing out guns without doing the required background check. That violates federal law, and if the video is confirmed, the ATF could legally go into the city to do an investigation and make arrests.

Now, the down-stream gas from refritos, that can be a weapon.
Not just guns but scary assault rifles designed solely for killing humans with no doubt extra capacity “clips” making them capable of spewing thousands of rounds a second.
How many felons are now in possession of weapons— possibly even stolen weapons?
