Nope. Cuomo said that it would be a too difficult thing to displace the mayor. He's not displacing the mayor. And there will be no national guard brought into NYC.
Here is a question. What is the other hand doing? I see what’s going on in plain sight, but what is going on behind the scenes?
And for the tinfoil hat crowd, is it just a coincidence that people were forced into their homes because of the virus and this hits right after? And before the virus was impeachment?

1)Shut down the subways
2)Shut down the bridges and tunnels into Manhattan.
3 Shoot out the tires of any car that is loaded with stolen merchandise.
