Trump would start: “Good evening, Joe. Do you know where you are?”

Context? The ONLY context you really need to know is that Joe Biden has had CHUNKS of his brain cut out due to aneurysms. At the time, doctors weren't sure if he would left a vegetable. Little is know about the effect of parts of the brain being removed, but ti seems to have left him lacking self control. If he weren't a dem, he would automatically be disqualified from running, but even conservative media is reluctant to even mention this fact.
