It has been strange that Madigan has been in hiding. There is speculation that he is on the wire taps that trapped Ed Burke and Sandoval. The Billion Dollar Midway Airport Project was just too good to pass up for the Madigan - Burke gang. Hopefully we are looking at multiple corruption indictments.

Burke has already been indicted but trial moved back until next year. The feds had Manafort and Stone convicted and jailed in 5 minutes. Justice system a farce.
