Pardon General Flynn and convene the military tribunals. The federal courts, like every other aspect of the federal government, have been hopelessly corrupted

When I allow myself to be optimistic, I see the above as a great possibility.

Normally, if Trump convened military tribunals, I think people would worry that we would be going down a very dark path (dictatorship). But under the circumstances, it seems like the only way we can see anything like justice. The courts have been fouled.

Too early to pardon. That is exactly what the Rats want. Appeal the upcoming sentence Sullivan surely will impose and let an appeals court fix it. May have to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
