The lockdowns are going to produce more mail-in paper ballots. This is what the CDs (Communist Democrats) want. Easier to control the vote count.
IMO the mail in vote thing will never get off the ground..at least in this election cycle. Just not enough time to set it up. Wouldn’t surprise me at all though if certain liberal states go rogue and try it anyway.
