That is completely false. I know lots of people who like to look inside a new house as it is being built. It is mainly done out of curiosity.

Exactly right. I don't know what happened but merely going into a house under construction is common for many people. I've done it. I've seen people do it at a house we were having built.

Nowadays, most partially constructed homes are locked up, but that was not always the case.

I can tell you that this would be considered a perfectly acceptable practice in many parts of the country.

That’s bull$h!t and you know it. People look around inside homes under construction all the time. My wife & I did it for years, sometimes out of curiosity, other times to get design ideas.

Like I said in my post I don't know what happened. He could have been a thief. But a video of someone checking out a house under construction proves nothing. It's a common occurrence.

Nope. I’m pretty sure I’ve wandered around projects under construction in my lifetime and no one shot me dead yet for being curious.
