The video I viewed showed a man armed with a shotgun rushed, attacked and beaten by Arbery.
If the other “details” prove to be facts, no unbiased Grand Jury in the country would vote to press charges.
Besides, you clearly don’t understand what qualifies even for murder, let alone felony murder. Manslaughter? In some states perhaps, but not a chance in others based upon what I saw.
You forgot the part they were chasing him with a shotgun. If somebody chases me with a shotgun, the first thing I try to do is wrestle it way from him. Why were they chasing him with a shotgun.
