Several years ago our oldest daughter was a hostess at a local restaurant. A guy came in wearing a red polo shirt with “Pitcairn Island” embroidered on. Our daughter congratulated him on the shirt and asked if she could take a picture “for my mom..she will flip”. He absolutely agreed and said, “are you kidding? I’m thrilled anyone has heard of this place. My parents brought it back for me from some cruise”. ;)
