Her Serene Majesty, Gretchen Whitmer, Empress of the Mitten, the UP and several insignificant islands has proclaimed that her serfs, peasants and peons upon penalty of arrest, fines and perhaps flogging shall not engage in
-travel to unapproved locations
-the purchase of products that in her sublime wisdom she has determined to be unessential,
-gatherings of people of whom she does not approve for purposes she finds frivolous and unnecessary,
-do anything else unless determined by her to be good, proper, safe and totally, certifiably hygienic to be decided at her whim.
Her worshipful minions upon application to the Empress or agents of the Empire shall of course receive special dispensation and waivers in due course for appropriate bribes, donations,fees, tribute and obeisence. None of this applies to protected classes or privileged nobility of this Empire.
