Economic uphevel has a tendency to cause people to listen to ideas they'd never listen to before. This is really the moment for Bernie or AOC. They'll play into the fear of people, and let's be honest, there is fear out there among those who've lost their jobs, maybe seen their retirement assets dwindle, etc.
What is needed is strong leadership and reason. Trump has both of those. He knows what needs to be done.
Our best moves are the following:
1) Pray. I really hope this nation turns its eyes to God in this crisis. We really need Him.
2) Vote this November. We need to retake the House and hold the Senate and White House.

Agreed. And I think within a couple weeks we either have or know when we'll have - which amounts to the same thing for planning to get back - available on a mass scale:

No cars, no trucks, no travel, especially air travel between continents.
No shopping, no retail other than amazon and online.
No jobs, very basic universal income to keep people in poverty, but alive - for the time being.
A trapped and sequestered world living according to the vision of the UN’s Agenda 21.
Monitored and surveilled by force of law.
Oh...and abortion centers still open. Must reduce that population.
The Left has found a dramatically more effective way to advance their agenda. The Climate Change hoax wasn’t working all that well, so their media used a virus to create an environment of fear and hysteria to destroy the economy in just a few weeks and now they’re moving on all fronts to assert their power and control. The longer the economy remains shuttered, the better the odds for them.

Pointedly, when asked why the Federal Government was not forcing all states to fall in line with the economic shut down, the President answered “... because we have a thing called the Constitution”.
We need to remember that ”freedom of the economy”, although perhaps not the typical embodiment of it, is a proxy for Liberty itself.
Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness - freedom of speech, freedom of association, freedom of self-defense, free enterprise - all freedoms are in jeopardy when any freedoms are in jeopardy.
Make no mistake - shutting down the economy is an attack on Individual Liberty itself. And the fact that it is supposedly being done “for our own safety” should not comfort us - it should sound the alarm!
Our freedoms are ALWAYS restricted ”for our own good”. Whenever our freedoms are threatened, there are always condescending bureaucrats posing as experts explaining why exercising individual freedom “in this case” would be selfish and reckless - a danger to the collective. Those who resist are always regarded as selfish, superstitious, undereducated, and a danger to society.
I suspect that as a society, we need to question some of our social habits - prolific embracing and shaking hands with everyone we meet. Unnecessary touching of knobs, handrails and fixtures. Insufficient hand washing or other hygienic behavior.
Most of all: going to school, work or social events when you know you are sick.
These changes to our social habits should be implemented voluntarily - certainly not by government edict.

Also-— San Fran has banned the use of ‘reusable’ grocery bags. Cannot even bring them into the stores. Too much bacteria. Now, customers have to PAY for one use plastic bags.
