They had plenty of hospital rooms. Why not just wheel them down the hall, instead of transferring them to care centers where they present a hazard to everyone else? Moving infection into-what would you call it-fertile soil?
They don't represent a danger to the Covid patients, and the Covid patients don't represent a danger to them.
